We have now purchased and sold a home through David and have been impressed by his local knowledge and his straight forward approach. He is more likely to under-promise and over-deliver and he clearly knows the Dulwich Hill market inside out. He has always assisted us with information even when we weren't a current client, and we have appreciated his experience in a market that has seemed a bit uncertain at times. From start to finish we had confidence in David. He was the first agent we spoke to, with a vague idea of when we wanted to sell and how to do it. He gave us the info we required with out the sales spin and walked away leaving the decisions in our hands. Other agents gave us similar information and told us repeatedly how they can do it better,being in sales this proved somewhat tedious. Once engaged David and his team where exceptional. We had a clear idea of what they where doing and what was expected of us, our concerns constantly put to rest. Our flat was cleaner than ever but thankfully we didn't do any unnecessary make over work. If looking for an agent in Dulwich Hill speaking to David is a must.
