I chose Shad Hassen at The Agency because I had seen his "sold" stickers on several properties in the area and thought he would know the local market. I was not disappointed. He gave me an honest appraisal early on and made several suggestions for improvements to be made before a sale. He knew the people who could do the work and arranged it for me. He also gave me an early idea of a sale figure, which I thought initially was a little optimistic and may have just been his way of securing my signature with him. But his appraisal proved 100% accurate. Selling your family home is difficult especially when you have three siblings making decisions. Danny made the experience a stress free one. He informed me of the events every step of the way. His weekly reports and calls regarding open for inspections were always informative. Danny was extremely easy to deal with. I felt comfortable making these major decisions regarding the sale of my mothers property. When it came to offers, he made it very clear and easy to come to a decision. He did not pressure me into making a decision. When it came to the final offer, he was able to communicate with the buyer and help them come to decision. Danny was also great with neighbours, informing them when the open for inspections would take place and the date of the auction. Our neighbours were very happy with him and stated that they would use him to sell their house. I would have no hesitation asking Danny to sell another property as I was very happy with his service every step of the way.
