On the day of the first inspection (just after a big disappointment from previous inspection of another apartment), I had a really pleasant and joyful time with Tony. Pressure, exaggeration, being too official, or sometimes ignorance are very typical moods during the inspection I felt with all other agents. But with Tony, my family fell in love with the apartment with a great joy and peace of mind. After coming back home, I thought by myself that there must be a special skill or something with this agent to make customers feel comfortable !. Through the following additional inspections, information request, price negotiations and all that way to the contract, my mind didn't change with a consistent peace. I really appreciate Tony for his great help and kindness for my purchase. One thing I would like to highlight is that Tony was always trying to find a reasonable price point which both buyer and seller could understand and happily accept. Due to this effort, I was able to increase my offer with a confidence and without much worrying about any unwanted situation.
