About Tony

A leading property professional, Tony has an expert understanding of the market and a strong financial focus for his clients. Prior to joining the Devine team Tony spent 20 years as both an Accountant and Commercial Property Manager for two high net worth private families whose focus was in the Property industry as investors and developers. His last role as a Business Development Manager saw him assist hundreds of landlords achieve their investment goals. Tony is also a keen property investor himself and has successfully undertaken several small developments in the Inner West. Tony takes great satisfaction in being able to share his extensive knowledge and help others to achieve their investment goals. He believes simple, honest communication is the key to developing trusting relationships and achieving longevity in the property industry. Tony is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Bachelor of Business (UTS) majoring in Accounting and Finance. Tony speaks fluent Spanish and is also the Treasurer of a non-profit charitable organisation which operates a childcare centre in Glebe and supports Spanish migrant culture.

About Steven

Steven Devine was born to be in real estate! Following in the footsteps of his late father George Devine, Steven started in the family business in 1985 after completing school at St Patrick's College, Strathfield. Over the years he moved through all facets of the business culminating with his purchase of the business in 1998. Steven has a single minded determination to provide the best results for his clients by providing them with outstanding customer service backed up by innovative marketing initiatives and the highest skill levels imaginable. Steven lives in Strathfield with his wife Tanya and children Emily, Mitchell, Chloe and Nathan and in his limited spare time enjoys watching rugby with the crew at St Pat's Old Boy's Rugby Club (where he is a lifetime member) or having a game of golf at Strathfield Golf Club where he is also a member.

The human touch is Tony's edge on other agents!

We really appreciated the way in which Tony engaged with us from start to finish. Tony was outstanding in so many ways- consistently approachable and responsive to our questions and concerns, provided us with regular updates without us having to ask and kept us abreast of what was happening in the market with comparable sales. Apart from Tony's professionalism and clear industry knowledge though, one thing really stood out about Tony that in our experience is rare in the industry- he is warm, easy to deal with and put us at ease. Flawless experiecnce throughout the enitre journey
