It gives me great pleasure to write this review of Craig Stokes of Devine Real Estate, Drummoyne NSW. I first met Craig, who was the agent for a unit in Drummoyne I was able to purchase at auction,nearly three years ago, I thought at the time how genuine, personable, knowledgeable, especially about real estate in the Drummoyne area, Craig was. Just last month, partly due to the Corona Virus and it's implications, I unexpectedly had to put the unit on the market again in this uncertain market. The first person I thought of to help me with the sale was of course Craig, & engaged him quickly with no thought to anyone else. How glad I am I did. Within a few days of taking the brief, Craig had the unit on the market and within a week, showing interested parties within the limits of Government advice of showing prospective buyers, Craig had a number of interested parties. The unit sold within two weeks, I believe thanks to Craig's excellent skills of negotiation for both the vendor and purchaser. The outcome has given me great relief. Craig kept me informed, every step of the way, being night and day and made the whole stressful experience manageable. Craig doesn't feel like an agent, Craig has that special ability to make one feel like a reliable and honest friend helping one navigate through a stressful time of selling property.
