He was very welcoming as we arrived into the apartment but let us look around without following us everywhere, and gave us plenty of time to check things out, answered all our questions and guided us on the way forward when were ready to make an offer. Always returned our calls too! Gave us information about the area and showed us the various parts of Abbotsford Cove. Fayez has been willing to meet us at the apartment on further occasions for us to measure and have a final look before moving in. In all our dealings with him, he has been great.
