David is very knowledgeable about the Williams Parade complex, and did a fantastic job for us. We are particularly happy with how responsive and easy to contact David was during the sale process. We live overseas so timezones made phone calls difficult. We did speak on the phone and David was very professional and knowledgeable. My purchase in Dulwich Hill, NSW was made from New Zealand so I had no direct contact with David.
