David and his team were excellent at getting everything done for me, while I live interstate, in a very short time span. David and his team bent over backwards to ensure that the property was displayed with quality improvements. David tried his best to get me the best price in a tricky market and was very upfront and honest about the state of Real Estate in the current selling period. He helped me manage my expectations and even though the cost came in lower than expected I understood why the market was dropping and how with David’s expertise this was the best price I was going to get.

We weren't sure whether to sell our house given the current climate and because when it comes to big money decisions we always feel in over our head. But we have a baby and really want to be closer to family so after much deliberation we decided to sell. We are so happy we decided to sell and so happy that we chose David as our agent. He has been so open, considerate and professional throughout the process. Currently we live in Perth so we were worried about selling our house while being away, but David has been so good at communicating that it hasn't mattered that we aren't there. He always returns our calls within the hour, he has called us with updates after every viewing and whenever there is paperwork coming through. He follows up with everyone who comes to see the house and sends through reports after every viewing with a breakdown of what every person thought which we found very useful. We were very happy with the photos and the advertising copy. The other people we interacted with at Devine seemed lovely, but David handled our sale completely. All our emails and calls came via David so we always felt that he was on top of everything. There was no point in the process where we felt let down or that things could have been handled better. It has been smooth sailing the whole way. The morning of the sale we flipped a coin and decided that if we didn't get our reserve we wouldn't sell it and David was supportive of our decision even though that would have meant he would lose out. The house sold for exactly what we were willing to let it go for which was the perfect outcome because it seems like everyone was a winner. We hope the buyer feels like they got a good deal and we feel like we got a good outcome in a difficult climate. We were so happy and David was so happy for us. We couldn't have chosen a better agent.

We were very happy with the sale of our apartment earlier this month, thanks to the team at Devine. This was our first sale so we greatly valued the time taken by David, Adrian and Jane to explain the process to us and answer any questions we had. The initial pitch very helpfully talked through how the campaign would work, timelines and costs that ultimately gave us comfort about what we were undertaking.
