We engaged David to sell our 3 bedroom apartment in Dulwich Hill after having used his agency as the rental manager for the previous 20 years. Prior to going to auction, the apartment required some renovations which David's team organised perfectly and rapidly and at a very good price. The "open houses" were will organised and well promoted and the professional interior styling and photographs that David organised helped to attract potential buyers.
