A positive experience with The Agency, Kirra

Jacinta and Toby from The Agency, Kirra were great to deal with when we were purchased our property. They were relaxed, friendly and genuine (unlike a few agents we met recently) They communicated well, keeping us in the loop as needed. We were living in a caravan whilst searching for a property and had to take our dog just about everywhere with us. This was not a problem for them, in fact they welcomed our dog as much as they welcomed us which we appreciated greatly as she is part of our family. We definitely recommend engaging them if you're looking to sell your property or for whatever real estate requirements you might have.

The only agent to use in the Tweed area! Suburb record achieved!

We'd been disappointed by other agents we met when we bought our house due to a lack of follow up and communication. It felt like we weren't valued as clients. Toby and Jacinta made the selling process effortless.

I thought living in Sydney and selling a property on the Gold Coast that was subject to Queensland Probate procedures would be difficult but not so thanks to Toby and Jacinta. Their liaison with myself, legal representatives and especially the buyers made the whole process flow smoothly. I'm glad they were recommended to me.

Personable, knowledgeable and efficient

We engaged Jacinta of The Agency, Coolangatta to sell our Banora Pt investment property. She was thoroughly professional and an excellent communicator, which made a potentially difficult process of dealing with a tenanted property to get photos and open days smooth sailing for all concerned. This resulted in a happy outcome for all parties. Sold in less than a week. Highly recommended!
