Jake always brings his best game

Jake did an excellent job on the sale of our property. Nothing I asked for was to much and everything was done quickly, efficiently and with good grace. The marketing campaign went flawlessly, his communication skills were excellent and he worked hard to do the best for us in the sale of our property. Over and above what you would expect from an agent!

Steven's performance has been outstanding! Not only does he have excellent market knowledge and provided us with honest and realistic guidance regarding the value of the property, he was also extremely helpful in organising various tradies and even supervising them on my behalf while I was away on a business trip for a week. He was always available on the phone and his communication was clear, efficient and friendly. Honest and easy to deal with. Calls it as he see it.

We sold our property off market with Steve with little cost, other than commission. We managed a result within our expectation. Steve was easy to deal with, communicated effectively and was very straight with us. We settled on Christmas eve and Steve bent over backwards to negotiate a few last minute "surprises" from the purchaser. All done with speed and good advice. We highly recommend Steve.

Steve helped us immensely

Before I start, I may be a hard marker but 4 stars is very good, to get 5 in my books is a near impossibility... We forced ourselves into an accelerated sale and Steve was very helpful in getting us the assistance we needed to finish a major reno in a couple of months. Our house was always going to be a difficult sell being an aged family home (for over 60 years) and being located on the side of a cliff...then we hit the market at a weird time but I think that Steve got us the best possible outcome. Steve was also battling our unrealistic expectations from all the other agents bidding for the work. This is my second house sale and I should have known better before saddling Steve with hard targets - but he almost got us there. As background Steve also put in the hard yards over many years by providing insights into the market and our options. The fact that he was not a late blow-in was why we selected him to be our agent. I am very happy to support him.
