We sold our property in Balgowlah and achieved a great result from Nathan. Firstly, he coached us well on the process, and how to present the property. He provided a detailed game plan with the key events. During the process he kept us updated after each open. As we approached the auction date he walked us through the possible scenarios, to make sure we were in a position to make an informed decision, on the day. We ended up selling after the auction. Nathan didn't settle for a good offer, he worked hard to get us a great offer. He is a great communicator, has a pleasant style with the potential buyers, works hard and draws on his experience to respond to changes in market conditions. Well done. Jake is running a top notch show. We were extremely impressed both with Jake himself and his team. We received excellent service from the initial appraisal meetings and planning, weekly updates and finally the auction day. Each week we received a typed, printed and bound report with all the interest parties who had come through the house as well as analytics from the various web marketing approaches. We really felt like every possible lead was being appropriately managed. Really nothing further could have been done. Jake's team oversaw some touch-ups and furnishing prior to marketing to make the house as presentable as possible to ensure the best possible result. This was well worth it. I should point out that our house was always going to be a somewhat challenging sale due to it's location on a sloping block over 5 or so levels and lots of stairs. The end result was an auction day with lots of enthusiastic bidders and a final result higher than expected. The family had two young children. The multiple levels and stairs were not an issue. Overall Jake and his team provide a very comprehensive and personal service and are achieving great outcomes. They are clearly very experienced players in a very competitive market. 5 stars.
