I have known Steven through some mutual friends and chose him to help us sell our house because he was recommended by one of those friends whose house he had sold. Steven did a great job in assisting us through the process of parting company with our home where we had lived for the past 15 years and where we had enjoyed the privilege of living in a little piece of paradise; this was not an easy process, but Steven made it a lot easier. Over the past 5 or 6 years, Steven had developed a relationship with my elderly mother. A relationship that my mother valued to the point where she vowed to use Steven’s services if and when it came to selling the family home. Sadly, Mum passed away recently and I was forced to make a choice, regarding who I would choose to sell the family home. The decision was easy, mostly due to the fact that I also developed a friendship with Steven after mum went into dementia care. Steven’s approach to myself as a prospective client was always humble and unpretentious with an open mind to suggestions and a very easy personality to engage with. The suggestion to auction the property resulted in a much better price than we had anticipated and the experience was a very positive one.
