Whilst Lisa owes a duty of care to her client (the seller/vendor) and acts in the best interest of them always; she is a friendly, bubbly, bright, vivacious agent with infectious energy. She welcomed and engaged everyone going through the home that we eventually purchased and answered any questions we had about the property, the area and the market in general. She is professional and gets the job done, one she excels at. As a female, some agents treated me with contempt, bypassing me to talk to my husband. It got to the stage where we began to be selective with home opens and agents representing houses, we quite simply didn’t bother. As Lisa will verify I was the one doing the negotiating with her. This is the type of agent any seller should have on their team.
