Team Trolio assisted me on the purchase of my house. Because Craig, Luke and Nick are working together, they were available to assist me at all times I needed them. I also liked the fact that though I was the buyer, the Trolio Team endeavoured to work with me and the seller to come to an equitable agreement in regard to a number of issues that needed to be resolved. This team were also directly working to do as the seller wanted not what they or the legal team wanted, hence, the seller's wishes and the buyer's wishes were listened to, not other parties. I have the utmost respect for Shane Schofield. Shane sold my late stepfathers house. He was so professional and knowledgeable.
