Gemma Bevan was absolutely fantastic. Gemma's property appraisal was spot on with price. The marketing was great and everyone loved the video. Gemma's for sale sign went up on Wednesday 12th November and she sold the property to a cash buyer on Monday 17th November. Gemma met with the buyers at the home open, then organised a private viewing at the home. We left Gemma to do her fantastic job with the buyers and came home to a hand written cash offer. Gemma is wonderful, highly recommend.

Anil (and his business partner, Isaac) worked very professionally on my house. Their time management was right on Q. They brought in a superb photographer who is a delight to work with and produced superb photographs of my house. The house was under offer within 10 days and Anil knew what sort of timeframe to work with for the final offer to come through as a fair and just offer.
