Anika first researched recent sales in the area to gauge price point. She then came to our investment property and made some suggestions on what we could do that would help get the best sale price. After we’d implemented those improvements (she even helped with recommendations for businesses that could do the jobs required within time frame requested and at reasonable prices!) she arranged photos and marketing. The unit was on the market for 3-4 weeks (it was priced a bit higher than others in the area) and then exceeded expected sale price. Everything went off without a hitch and the property was settled in around 2 months from listing. Anika’s professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was evident at every step. Anika communicated clearly to us - we’d not sold a property in the last 15 years - and no questions were too difficult or annoying. I would highly recommend Anika as a sales agent! Gus was fantastic in helping the us, Administrators of the Estate. to navigate the entire sale process. He worked closely with the 3 of us to design an overall approach to the sale, giving us very relevant and useful guidance based on his past experience. He communicated continually to update us (individually and collectively) on all relevant matters - which was no easy task given the administrators didn't always agree amongst themselves on various aspects of the sale process. His is very knowledgable in all aspects of selling a property (both strategic and practical) and liaised often and effectively between us and the eventual purchaser. Gus was very respectful and compassionate at all times and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He also got us a very good price $$$.
