Tim was extremely professional and easy to work with when I bought my house. His attention to detail, immediate response to phone calls and emails, and assistance in procedure is second to none. Nothing was too difficult for Tim. He makes you feel like he’s known you for years. A rare and highly valuable attribute in the industry, as he eases you through what can otherwise be a stressful and difficult process for the uninitiated. Being FIFO, I expected a long and difficult process, with communication, odd hours, and paperwork.
