Anil and his team have been first rate from the start to end. As an interstate seller, Anil and his team sorted everything in a timely and cost effective manner. The whole process has been streamline, any issues that came up Anil and his team were onto it straight away sorting the issue out quickly and efficiently. I very highly recommend Anil and his team. If I were to sell another house in Western Australia my first point of call would be Anil.

Nicola gave the right advice in our home sale process and has been a smooth experience for us. We had to manage this transaction from overseas and she helped coordinate the different aspects of the sale - Preparing the home, advising on staging the home for a quick sale, connecting with various vendors and following up with them.

Cheryl was a very dedicated, professional and caring person and made the whole selling experience a pleasure. I was a bit daunted and nervous and she came in and helped me with every aspect and gave me the confidence to get the job done. She popped in several times to make sure I OK and to keep me up to speed. She even went above and beyond and helped get the last few things out of the house after removalist had been. I am very grateful for the very caring, super supportive, and efficient help she gave and would recommend her to anyone who needed to either buy or sell their home, to choose her as their agent. Very sincerely, Janice Cruickshank

Shane participated in our journey to buying our new home. This is particularly important for new home owners to have confidence and trust in a possibly daunting and stressful process which can arise when buying a new home. The home presentation for the final inspection was second to none. When we walked through the front door we felt at home although we were yet to move! Thank you Shane

We found Susanne to be responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with during our time buying a property in the Perth Hills. Susanne had good local knowledge and was able to answer our many questions, she was also able to facilitate a good communication between ourselves and the lovely gentleman we bought our property from, we would recommend using Susanne for a real estate agent.

Rena was an absolute dream in selling my property. She was patient and increased my knowledge of the current market in the Kalamunda area and advised me how to prepare my house for sale. Rena sold my house in a reasonable time frame and achieved what we discussed. I am super happy with Rena and will use her services again. A great communicator, professional and experienced who is genuine, thank you very much Rena

We were trying to sell the investment property in Balga. We talked to some different agents (including Anil) all said a similar target amount, we didn't expect too much at the beginning but end up Anil helped us to sell the property with a record-breaking-amount which we are totally happy with. Not only professional ideas and services Anil and his team gave us, but they also brought us luck too. I supposed you will need some luck when buying and selling properties, right? Once again, we love you Anil. PS. I am writing this review in Osaka, thanks again to Anil for selling our property and brining us this wonderful Japan trip.
