Susanne Broido handled the sale of our much-loved home of 44 years in a very professional manner and with sensitivity with respect to both purchasers and vendors. The sale brochures she produced hit the mark and she provided excellent feed-back after each of three home-opens. As a result, she quickly established a market and pricing for the property. We were happy with the sale. Even though the price was lower than expected, we feel that it was win-win for both sides. In addition, she would often leave little touches such as cards and gifts for us at different times in the sale process. She went above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent and became a dear friend.

Fab did and discussed his market research, did not unduly raised expectations but worked very hard and strategically to maximise client’s interests. Communication was timely and clear. For Fab there are no problems just solutions. Fab is a natural in his job and has that rare ability to be at the same time very professional and very friendly.
