Amanda has been a very positive influence in my decision to sell my property. Over several years staying in contact giving me advice in relation to my investment property came to a decision to sell. The selling process was made easy through her experience in the market and her contacts in the market.

Amanda was fantastic from the get go. She provided a market appraisal which was inline with appraisals I had recieved from other agents. Her knowledge of the area, being a local herself, gave me the confidence to entrust her with selling my home. She conducts herself in a friendly and yet professional manner. Her eye for detail and suggestions to present the home to showcase it to its best potential made for a good outcome in the final sale price. I would highly recommend Amanda Dury if you are looking for a real estate agent who wants the best outcome for you.

Amanda was so good with us as we hadn't bought a house in 35 years. She supported & guided us through all the processes that we needed to go through. Amanda was never off duty for us! She called frequently to make sure we were comfortable with all our decisions. We would recommend Amanda to anyone who was buying/ selling. Her knowledge was extensive. Personalty I feel like we have gained a friend.

Adam and the team at The Agency are simply the best at what they do. After struggling to sell house with previous agents, I eventually found The Agency, Adam listed it and the next day we had a buyer! Everything was handled professionally and the whole team was there for anything I needed during the selling process.

It is a painful experience to move a house and you do tend to make room for the unforeseeable, but when it really mattered, Maria came through with flying colours without any hold-ups. It was a pleasure to know that could approach her with a difficult situation.

Grateful for Shane’s knowledge and suggestions, esp. asking price strategy and staging. Sold for what we wanted on opening weekend, couldn’t ask for better than that!

We were very impressed by the comprehensive knowledge and service provided by Shane when we bought our new home in Swan View. His intimate and practical knowledge of the area was a true bonus as we could really envisage what life would be like living there. Shane researched and reported back on queries we had about the property and also helped with advising on engaging inspection services which saved us time worrying about where to start. As well as having an easy-going manner Shane is a very competent and trustworthy real estate professional and he made our transaction easy and smooth to negotiate. Thanks Shane.
