i spent about 5 months looking for a home to buy and therefore met many agents. As the market was thriving I did find many of them quite off hand and unhelpful with regards to knowledge about the properties and advice on the areas etc.Houses as we know were selling the same day and there did not seem to be much reason to actually try very hard from their point.Sam however impressed me and my friends and family straight away with his friendly but professional manner and the way he took real interest in what i wanted in a home rather than just dismissing me if i was not interested in the first property I saw with him. He mentioned a home that was soon to come on the market and it sounded just my type of home.It actually took 3-4 months for it to do so and sure enough he informed me about it as soon as the sellers were thinking of selling.I loved it and from there we went.Sam has been such a pleasure to work with.He has responded to questions and emails often after hours and weekends with speed and even worked with the sellers to help me measure and see the property in the settlement period so i could organise renovation of bathroom to go straight ahead once we exchanged. I wish him the best and would not hesitate to recommend him or work with him again.

The experience with Kerrie-Lee from appraisal to final inspection pre-settlement, has been extremely professional, personal and all-around excellent. When we were looking at selling, we engaged several agencies for appraisals, and based on Kerrie-Lee's intimate knowledge of the Morangup area we opted to list with her. At this stage the other appraisals were also for significantly less, but based on some very recent sales she had got across the line we were confident that her appraisal was the more accurate of the 3. She also suggested some improvements we could do that would help attract a premium price point, which we spent the next several months doing. Kerrie-Lee even took the time to come back afterwards to look over things and ensure we were ready for listing. Well aren't we happy with that decision, with a pool of buyers already lined up, Kerrie-Lee opened our home once, and by the following weekend we had a cash-buyer offer signed, sealed and delivered, for smack bang in the middle of her appraisal range which we were ecstatic with. The contract of sale process as well as all follow up communications along a very long settlement time (our preference) were of an excellent quality and regularly above and beyond. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kerrie-Lee to anyone thinking about selling in the Morangup area or surrounds, as nobody in my opinion knows this area better than she does, and had we gone with one of the other appraisals and followed their advice, we would have left very significant money on the table. Across nearly a 5 month process from initial appraisal to settlement there has never been a moment where I wasn't impressed with the level of professionalism and service.
