Kerrie-lee was amazing to deal with when selling our home. She was professional, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and was always available to support us. Kerrie-lee made this a positive experience that really did exceed our expectations.

Fab made what was such a stressful situation as easy and simple as possible. His no nonsense approach to selling the house and achieving the best result for myself was refreshing. Fab was able to read the "real estate climate" prior to going to market - in both how the market was ever changing and in doing so put together an advertising and home open campaign that showed the home in it's absolute best light possible. Fab listened to my concerns and my thoughts on price point and kept this in mind at the time of negotiating. He is a genuine gentleman who is transparent and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. What you see is what you get - no smoke screens and mirrors!

Josh was thoroughly professional in all of my dealing with him. He is obviously extremely knowledgable about his industry and handled the difficulty of dealing with separated parties who were selling the property very sensitively and well. I thoroughly recommend him.

Even though I had 3 appraisals done on my Joondanna property, I knew from the beginning that I was always going to list my property with Rash. WHY? Because Rash is a man of fairness, integrity, honesty and beams not only with passion for real estate, but comes with all the knowledge and confidence on selling property. I also felt honoured knowing that Rash was the Licencee of The Agency. This gave me even more confidence in Rash and his Team. I was blown away by the first Home Open. Having once been in real estate, I can honestly say that I have never in my life seen a first Home Open performed the way Rash delivered on this day. Rash had a coffee truck arrive just prior to Home Open and all buyers were offered a coffee of their choice prior to entering the home to view. Not only did the home smell of delicious coffee, but the whole complex did as well. This even attracted the neighbours to come have a look and see. The six month journey with Rash was extremely relaxing knowing that Rash was on the job with my interest at hand at all times. Thank you Rash for all your help in assisting me in selling my Joondanna property - something I didn't envisage happening; nevertheless, YOU made it happen! Kind regards Allison
