With Sue’s knowledge and expertise she helped us to present our fathers home by adding her personal touch to style the house in such a way that the home showed its full potential resulting in a fantastic offer on the first open day. We could not have asked for a better outcome and has only been achievable by have Sue as our selling agent. We had a lot of work ourselves dealing with our elderly father, settling him into a residential care home, clearing out his house and everything else that goes with this process so by having all the stress taken from us to sell dad’s house was a blessing. We had such a great experience selling our home with Gus. He was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the whole and he has a knack at making sure you feel comfortable and valued. Compared to other agents we’d spoken to, he was genuinely personable and easy to talk to. We ummed and ahhed for a while about whether or not to sell and when to do it, and he was so patient and helpful the entire time—never pushy.
