Tim has recently managed the sale of our investment property in Margaret River. We cannot praise Tim enough for his professionalism, communication skills and care to enable us to have a completely stress free and pleasant sale of our house. As we live half an hour away Tim even maintained the gardens of our property between offer and acceptance and settlement date. He definitely went above & beyond any real estate agent we have dealt with in the past. We cannot remember a smoother real estate transaction and we have had many. Tim's knowledge of all things real estate showed that he had many years in the industry. We also noticed that he was equally aware of the buyer's needs which enabled a very smooth settlement for both parties. What most impressed us was Tim's very calm attitude and his impeccable honesty and integrity. At all times we felt that he had our best interest at heart. We felt safe in Tim's hands.
