OK, Amanda was my wildcard, I had spoken with another real-estate agent and I was going to use him. I was not impressed with Amanda at first. I thought she was too confident. She came prepared at our first meeting and she showed me the usual states that gave me an idea of how the market was moving. The she sold me by talking about the property and how she would value it and market it. Also we discussed a strategy that I understood. We both knew the type of person that would buy the house, and she understood how to price the property to increase the probability of attracting the right buyer. I liked Amanda, if you are selling a property you would not be disappointed to discuss this with her. You might like her as well, or you might not. Choosing an agent I think is personal.
