Leanne informed me at our first meeting that she was the Sellers agent not mine so not sure why you sent this to me? I was very disappointed with the way the house was left as it was very dirty & it looked like the previous owner had just moved out without cleaning - I would never leave a house in this condition!!!! The dishwasher & stove top were very dirty & I will need to get someone in to clean the oven. The floor tiles, shower recess & carpets were not cleaned & I will also have to get someone in to clean them. Garage not cleaned, cobwebs inside & out plus cupboards throughout the house had not been cleaned. I asked Leanne to make sure the seller took everything away with her when she left & arrived to find plants in old pots & garden ornaments I did not want. I had organised a time & date for the final inspection however the sellers Settlement Agent did not complete the settlement on time (2 days late) & due to having a 3 hour travel time to do the final inspection I settled without doing that inspection. Never again will I do that........
