Our initial communication with Janey was really smooth as she arranged all the inspections flawlessly. Also offered help in arranging loan, settlement agents as well as building/pest inspectors which was really helpful on her part. However, after final inspection as we highlighted some issue in the house the response became slow and then turned into miscommunication on handing over the keys/possession of the house.
