Anil (and Matt) have always kept us informed, and continued to push the property sale, despite the challenges of a depressed Unit market, Covid, and the entire property façade maintenance works that took a couple of months. I would highly recommend Anil and Matt for assisting anyone with the sale of their property - certainly within the Rivervale precinct - where they clearly understand the area, and the potential client base. Outstanding work Anil and Matt, and thank you.

Property Wizards was the buyer's agents assisting a client to buy this property and Amanda was the selling agent. Amanda was very knowledgeable and helpful and lovely to deal with and we would be very willing to deal with her again.

OK, Amanda was my wildcard, I had spoken with another real-estate agent and I was going to use him. I was not impressed with Amanda at first. I thought she was too confident. She came prepared at our first meeting and she showed me the usual states that gave me an idea of how the market was moving. The she sold me by talking about the property and how she would value it and market it. Also we discussed a strategy that I understood. We both knew the type of person that would buy the house, and she understood how to price the property to increase the probability of attracting the right buyer. I liked Amanda, if you are selling a property you would not be disappointed to discuss this with her. You might like her as well, or you might not. Choosing an agent I think is personal.

He managed us through the process. Affable and never pushy. Between Anil and Matt we were kept in the picture and our particular requests were taken seriously. They were the best agents we met during our apartment search. The Agency rose above the pack from home open to keys handover. We felt looked after, and lucky to have them during an important period.
