i can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Josh. Everything was done immediately, with no holdups. Josh did everything he could to attract buyers and I was kept up-to-date with reports all along the process. things did not go smoothly, through no fault of Josh's, but josh bent over backwards to get things done so settlement could happen - above and beyond the call of duty! All I can say is, thank you, and I will certainly use Josh again in the future, and I would fully recommend him.
