I took a gamble engaging Janey to sell my house and the gamble paid off big time. She got me a very good price way above what i expected and it was a good outcome. The bottom line is how much an agent can get for you and that's where Janey's skill in negotiation comes into play. Rest of the process is very much standard. Service was very good, few ups and downs here and there but no body is perfect.

I would rate Shane as 5 star ..as he went over and beyond what he had to do. He was accurate with what he thought we'd sell for. Couldn't do enough.. always answered your phone call and when he couldn't he would always get back to you during that day. Such a friendly and caring person.. very professional and always had a smile to greet you with. My husband and I are so pleased with his service. We'd highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.
