Our house presented a huge challenge to Janey. Not only was our house unusual for the area, we also asked Janey to market it in a price range above what may have been expected. Although our house took a long time to sell, even though prices were falling Janey sold our house without sacrificing our required price. Not only that, she managed to sell us another house at a very good price. Throughout Janey remained cheerful, optimistic and encouraging, features that are invaluable when one is feeling discouraged and doubtful. She never allowed us to give up hope!
