Michael has sold 4 houses for me, two had renters in them. He made the experience for them pleasant and even provided gift cards to the renter for any inconvenience. I found Michael easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend Michael to future sellers.

Michael was engaged to sell our property in Lathlain. Although the markets were not strong, Michael worked diligently to ensure it received the exposure required. The house was sold, in a not very strong market so thanks heaps Michael. Bill

Our house presented a huge challenge to Janey. Not only was our house unusual for the area, we also asked Janey to market it in a price range above what may have been expected. Although our house took a long time to sell, even though prices were falling Janey sold our house without sacrificing our required price. Not only that, she managed to sell us another house at a very good price. Throughout Janey remained cheerful, optimistic and encouraging, features that are invaluable when one is feeling discouraged and doubtful. She never allowed us to give up hope! As Janey was not a local agent, she brought buyers in to see our home from other areas, thus enlarging the buying pool, which very good for our area. Janey is excellent at explaining the intricacies of selling a house. She thoroughly covers every part of the selling/buying process. Besides this she has a bright happy manner that engenders confidence. I would highly recommend Janey as Agent any time!

Matt was very professional throughout the process, and was good at keeping me informed each step of the way - which I found to be invaluable. Thank you Matt for your patience and your prompt responses, and for making the daunting process of buying a house such a breeze!

We met Gus 10 or so years ago. It was a sweltering day and he was door knocking offering appraisals and had such a happy/positive attitude. We noted his work ethic and dedication that day and thought, if we ever sell, that’s our guy! And that’s exactly what we did. We’ve really enjoyed working with Gus (a good mixture of serious talk and laughs) and hope to work with him more in the future. Thanks Gus!

Gaylene was very helpful throughout my first home buying experience. Her VIP viewings made it quick and easy to secure a property and avoid the competition of the wider public. She went above and beyond in making sure that I understood all parts of the process and her fast response times to my questions were commendable. I would highly recommend Gaylene to others who are in the market to buy or sell.

Judy had extensive knowledge of the area and was committed to providing a great outcome which she achieved in the first official home open! We loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and honest agent who is dedicated to selling your home! She has been so helpful through each stage and very prompt with all communication. We found Judy to be hard working and had a good network of services to assist us to sell our home. I would hesitate to recommend her.

From when I attended the first home open, to the day Zed met me at the front door to welcome me to my new home and hand over the keys, he was very friendly and professional. Zed was always informative, helpful and nothing was to much trouble which made the process of buying my new home enjoyable. So a BIG thank you for everything and it goes without saying, I definately recommend Zed for your real estate needs. Thanks so much.
