Let me say, to me she had a straight shooting, no bull... attitude and a wicked sense of humour. Got my wife and I hooked, keep it up Janey we love it. Professional, business like, get it done, e ethics and principles did I miss anything well add them in cos she has it all.

Having never purchased land or built a house before I have had a great experience with Rash. He was always available to provide me with information when I had questions, chat with the builder while things were progressing, and ensure the seller was comfortable to provide an extension on my settlement date. There were moments when I was getting somewhat stressed by the process taking so long (not on his part) and Rash was able to provide the reassurance that it was normal, and not to worry. Im soon to settle on my land, and I couldn't be happier. So a big thanks to Rash (and his team) for helping me take such a big step.

Rash had been guiding us well since the day of negotiation till the settlement day. He communicated very well and was approachable in every instance. He had been very understanding throughout the journey and had sold us our first home which we are very much happy with.

I've experienced dealing with Janey as sales agent twice - when we first bought and then sold our property in Canning Vale. From my experience, Janey is highly knowledgeable about the real estate market and set clear expectations about the price trends; she is excellent communicator and was keeping us updated on the progress of our sale transaction. She was happy to walk an extra mile to arrange some additional services when requested. Oh, and her fees where quite reasonable! Overall we are very happy with our experience and support Janey provided.

Selling a house can be an extremely emotional experience. I selected Shane Schofield from the Agency as he demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving my end goal of leaving my home after 20 years! He always took time to listen empathically to understand my needs and concerns and provided sensible solutions. Shane was persistent throughout the process of selling my home, which was during the COVID period. He consistently provided feedback from each viewing and was realistic with each outcome. More importantly, Shane obtained my end goal. He is knowledgeable in his field and a trusted advisor. Shane is a great partner to work with and I would strongly recommend him to others embarking on selling their property.

Rash is a professional, he knew the market from the start. Rash made everything easy. He talks the talk, walks the walk. Every aspect of the sale was explained and if I had any questions, Rash would answer me straight away. What more could you ask for. I will be using Rash and the team at The Agency again. Hands down Rash is the best agent I have worked with. Regards Clark Cooper
