Great performer
Janey was quickly able to establish the selling points of our house and was able to come up with a realistic sale price. The price was very close to an independent valuation that we sought just prior to putting it on the market. Another company had the price as 100k less! Janey organised a fantastic photo shoot and 3D virtual tour which really helped sell the home. She was also able to give a few tips to improve the presentation of the home. Over the long sale period during the pandemic Janey kept focus and followed up on any small lead. It was a pleasure working with her in achieving our sale.

Could not have been better
Put my house on the market 4-7-2020 I expected the difficulty in selling the property with the downturn of the market. We had only 2 home opens and it was under offer on 17-7-2020 a fantastic job by Nicola. Could not have wished for anything more Thank You Nicola for you professionalism

Gaylene listed our home in Heathridge just at the beginning of the Covid 19 scare, in March 2020
From the beginning of listing our home with Gaylene, we were impressed by her positivity and her knowledge of the area. We were all unsure of the impact of Covid 19 on real estate, but Gaylene's positivity for a sale was encouraging. Gaylene worked tirelessly to open the home and attract buyers during the week and every weekend. We received a buyer in May, and through no fault of Gaylene, their finance fell through, we were very upset, but Gaylene as positive as ever, said sometimes things happen for a reason and we may receive a better offer. The home was opened straight away during the week and at the weekends, with a lot of interest, and through Gaylene's hard work we received an offer higher than the first. Gaylene is highly knowledgeable in terms of the Real Estate market, law and settlement procedures. Whilst we were waiting for settlement Gaylene was available to discuss different matters and all our queries were answered straight away. We cannot recommend Gaylene highly enough, and would recommend her to anybody who needs an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and positive Real Estate Agent.

Nicola has a fantastic long-standing reputation in Atwell.
Communications with Nicola were thorough and easy. She always made time to answer many questions from beginning of the process right through to after our home had settled. She was honest and made us feel comfortable during home opens, offer negotiations, settlement.etc. She was relatable and understood the emotions that come with selling your family home. She strived to negotiate a price that both ourselves and the buyer were happy with.

Adam is great to work with
Adam’s knowledge, experience and sales skills helped us sell our home for a good price in the current market. However The Agency head office admin leaves a bit to be desired - it took me, Adam, as well as our conveyancer contacting them a few times to correct an incorrectly charged marketing fee on the final invoice. It was eventually sorted out, but it shouldn’t have been this difficult.
