After spending too long getting ready to go to market we finally picked a date to have our photos done. As the days got closer covid19 became the fully blown monster it is today. Leanne being as competent as she is, suggested that viewings may become a problem in the immediate future. She suggested a 3D presentation may be an advantage. Well I was amazed at the package we had to go to work with. Despite the restricted viewings and health controls needed we had an offer in 24 hours and a sold sign in a week.
