Rash has utmost professionalism when it comes to dealing with clients. His unique approach to drive results is very different to other agents. We achieved desired outcome with Rash after failing in first attempt with someone else. I strongly recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell.

Working with Joel was such a pleasure...! He was absolutely professional, incredibly quick in answering our questions, even late at night or on weekends. He never left a question unanswered and his replies were clear and complete. It looks like Joel is more than committed to his work and that he loves what he does. He was very helpful and customer minded and within days we had the contract ready. Everything went very smooth and we would like to thank Joel very much for that, it was fantastic.

- made numerous agreements which were not met - relating to appliances, property condition etc. No constructive responses from Adam or TheAgency on my follow-up communications. - all contact with Adam was diverted to an assistant once papers were signed - pre-purchase inspection items were communicated as resolved, and upon moving in some of these had not been completed. No helpful follow-up from TheAgency, and a developer who does not answer phone calls (must think social distancing includes phone-calls). - Maintenance people at the property saying contact the agent, an agent saying contact the developer, and a developer not answering phone or messages. Standard games play. - very short sighted level of service given my real potential as a future customer, now void. - Good readiness to meet at the property pre-purchase. I bought the property same day, easiest customer to deal with, and get this service as a result. - asked for feedback and a review, here it is.

After having our property on the market with another agent for over 12 months without a single offer, we decided to make a change. We we were lucky enough to find Kristian. He took over the listing, changed the marketing strategy and within 3 home opens the house was sold! Not only did he sell it, but he achieved above the asking price. Kristian is friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and just a genuinely great guy. We have already recommended Kristian numerous times and will continue to do so. We wish we had found him sooner. It is without hesitation that we give Kristian a 10/10.

We first met Gaylene approx 7yrs ago, yes boom time huh remember that. We were then looking for a investment property in Heathridge. We purchased a property through another agent at the time but Gaylene was one of, if not the only one who always had time to answer any questions, even knowing we had already purchased a property and we never forgot that. So Gaylene had the listing to sell our property before she walked in the door really. She sold our property in a tough market at a great price. Fast, efficient, excellent knowledge and always happy to help. Highly recommended hands down
