Steve was very knowledgeable about the local market and very prompt with all correspondence. We did not use him as a selling agent only as a buying agent but were very impressed with his professionalism.

I thoroughly recommend Nicola Stacey as a real estate agent. She has worked tirelessly and professionally to get our property sold in the most difficult of times. I have no hesitation in recommending or using her services again.

Rash Dhanjal and Neel Nanvani are very hard-working, friendly real estate agents with a very professional approach to market my property with no undue pressure on us. They handled a very difficult situation with very untidy tenants who were unwilling to move out, to present our property as best as they can very tactfully before and after accepting the offer from the buyer until the tenants left the property. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to sell their property anywhere.

It has been such an easy process from organising first inspection to finally getting keys to our new home even under the difficult conditions imposed by COVID 19. All credit goes to Janey for her utmost professionalism and ease of communication. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to have Janey Pagels sell our property. From the beginning she had her finger on the pulse with the price range which was reflected by her selling the house on first home open. She was very helpful with any questions and was always willing to help. I would recommend her to anybody and would use her again when we sell future properties.

We have been buying and selling properties with Jeff as our agent for over 25 years. Jeff’s skills and knowledge in the real estate market are exceptional. His communication and professionalism is first class and we can thoroughly recommended him to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

Kerrie-Lee gave us an honest market appraisal, always worked in our best interests and continually marketed our property to prospective buyers. Kerrie-Lee successfully sold our property and kept us updated at every stage, answering any questions that we had. Amazingly in this downward driven market, Kerrie-Lee sold our house at above asking price - how could we be anything but ecstatic with this result? I would definitely engage Kerrie-Lee and The Agency if I had another property to sell.

Corey provides an exceptionally professional and genuine service. He persevered with us to close the deal and secure us with our dream city apartment. We received this service with genuine interest and consideration and now consider Corey a family friend.

Lisa was professional, knowledgeable and her customer service was amazing. We really felt like she was not only trying to do the best for the owner of the property but she was also doing the best for us. We had, had so many interactions with other agents prior to Lisa and her friendliness and professionalism surpass every single one. She really did go above and beyond, even getting a cleaner in before we moved into the property because she wasn't happy with how it was left and wanted our first home experience to be great. We cannot recommended her highly enough.
