We conducted a review by meeting a variety of real estate agents in the Canning Vale area. As our property was a little different from the usual 4x2 many agents did not seem confident in how they might market the property. Others seemed to focused on a quick sale rather than optimum sale onj our behalf. I dealt with Adam as a buyer, looking to purchase an apartment for investment purposes. I have had mixed dealings with agents previously but Adam wants to get the deal done.
