Disappointing Experience with Property Agent Ana Borcherdt at The Agency

My recent experience with Ana Borcherdt from The Agency was deeply disappointing. Throughout the home purchasing process, Ana's unprofessionalism and arrogance were unmistakable. It felt as though she believed I was clearing her debt and that it was her entitlement, rather than fulfilling her duties as a salesperson. Ana consistently treated us with condescension and dismissiveness, showing a complete lack of respect for my concerns and needs. One notable incident was her alteration of paperwork regarding furniture left by seller for us without our consent, displaying both unprofessionalism and unethical behaviour. Additionally, Ana's absence after the property purchase was concerning, indicating her sole interest in securing her commission rather than ensuring a smooth transition for me as the buyer. Overall, Ana's behaviour reflects poorly on The Agency. I advise caution to anyone considering working with her and suggest seeking out a more respectful and competent salesperson who prioritizes client satisfaction.
