Personable & experienced

We had a great experience working with Craig, especially given we were dealing with a fairly complex situation. From the beginning, he really stepped up and helped guide us through it all, making things a lot clearer and less stressful than they could have been. Craig was always available when we needed him, quick to respond, and genuinely willing to help at every stage. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He’s also just a really friendly, down-to-earth and personable guy, which made the whole process a lot easier to deal with. Craig Trolio isn't named the best real estate agent in the area for nothing.

For what might be called a challenging sale Craig Trolio sold my property twice on both first home opens (dont ask) his focus and understanding went above and beyond normal duty keeping steadfast through to settlement whereas a lessor agent might've cut and run choosing the lower hanging fruit of sales , especially in todays market. His determined upbeat manner despite delays and extensions and a plethora of unforeseen hurdles what seemed to be on a daily basis with his refreshing professional manner he takes it all in his stride with strong unwavering attitude of there aren't any problems , just solutions. Craigs always contactable promise kept but rarely needed with his efficient timely transfer of information, updates and requests. A quiet confidence that comes with his vast experience and knowledge never failing to take the initiative when required gently and diplomatically nudging other party (but not limited to) if he felt process could be tightened up in someway. At times herding cats at award level it would seem. All said and done if Craig Trolio has my back , theres no need for me to check. By the sheer volume of sale boards in the area with his name on them I'm obviously not the only one who thinks this. From initial meeting his positive thoughts, ideas and suggestions all those tiny nuances that will get you best market price plus. Ensuring the smooth passage through to successful settlement. I fully believe if it wasnt for Craig Trolio being at the wheel and not allowing process to stall with situations foreseen or not then im sure the deal would've ground to a stop . A true gentleman of the highest order with his focus on clients requirements impeccable, backed up with his extensive market knowledge second to none,I will certainly be requiring his expertise in the future and that is why Craig Trolio isn't named the best real estate agent in the area for nothing
