Tom was fantastic. From the beginning it was clear I was in safe hands. His attention to detail and experience showed immediately. I wasn't for a moment second guessing the process and appreciate that Tom was open and transparent about realistic expectations and was able to provide advice based of years of experience and negotiated with me what marketing / advertising would or wouldn't work well. I was unfortunate enough to engage with another agent who made big promises, failed to communicate effectively and barely followed through with anything they would say they would. They didn't even failed to bring in one single offer to the table after 80 days on the market.. With Tom, upon launching the advert for my property was sold within 24 hours and at a price which met my expectations. Unbelievable!
