Angst-free sale of property

We were in urgent need to sell my Aunt’s property because she needed to go into care earlier than anticipated. We had a large sum of money to find for her residential accommodation deposit. Also provided us with all the information we needed along this selling journey. The house was sold within days and settled just 6-weeks later.
