Relationship, connection and integrity.

Mark was personable and relatable - my husband, Rob, who usually avoids talking with sales people; easily chatted with Mark for close on an hour over the two inspections. Mark was responsive to our questions/ concerns and sent through additional information promptly. Mark kept us informed throughout the negotiations and counter-offers.
