Accommodating throughout the whole buying process

Heather was so accommodating throughout the buying process. She organised to show us through the property before the open home, which allowed us to make an offer beforehand. I have a young baby and she understood the challenges that added to the buying process, and accommodated me by organising suitable times that worked for me and even delivered the keys to my property upon sale. Heather was very invested in making sure we had an opportunity to see the property in person and made great suggestions for the contract. We really appreciated all of this thoughtfulness. Heather was a great communicator and always let us know what was happening throughout the process, including when she was waiting on responses. This made us feel informed the entire time. She was also very prompt in answering any queries we had or finding the information we asked for. Heather made the whole sale a very smooth and easy process, and we appreciate it very much.
