We realised that the market was growing quiet when we decided to put our property on the market at the end of 2022. By the time we were ready, we took Ben's strategic advice to delay listing the property until February 2022. The property was then open for inspection each weekend and the Agency was able to attract good interest resulting in a sale within a few weeks. With the price within expectations, we regarded this as a successful and well-managed campaign.
