She has a strong grasp on housing market, both locally and regionally, so was able to give invaluable advice on price, marketing and strategy. This lead to us achieving a good price for our house in a short timeframe. Alex is honest, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. She was great at the hustle without being pushy. She really did go the extra mile too. On the day of our photo and video shoot it was pretty hectic as we’d only just finished home renovations. The videographer arrived at 6am to do a sunrise shoot. Alex helped organise my little kids and make their beds ready to be photographed. I’ll never forget this kindness and her attention to detail.
