I can highly recommend Jim as a dedicated, professional and caring Agent to trust to see your home. Even though Jim isn't a local agent, I felt like he had lived in the area with all the knowledge he gathered to sell my property. Jim achieved a great price and looking at other comparable sales in the area I am more than happy.
