Ina was a pleasure to deal with. She quickly organised a private inspection for us the day after our enquiry. Upon viewing the property we knew we wanted to make an offer and Ina followed through with the sellers incredibly quickly and had our offer accepted within a matter of hours. Ina works quickly to achieve the buyer and seller’s needs which aligned well with our wanting to quickly buy a property. Ina was prompt to deal with throughout the whole purchasing process and assisted us, broker and settlement agent as we achieved a settlement prior to Christmas. Would happily deal with Ina again.

We had a number of agents to choose from Openagent, we got it down to 2 but Anil was by far the stand out for his professionalism, strategy & presentation. Anil was excellent when it came to what needed to done to our unit in order to maximise price & get a quick sale. We achieved exactly what we wanted. Anil's assistant Brittany kept us informed at ever stage & was equally crucial to the success we achieved. Would recommend!

I still haven’t met Clinton Smith face to face. From the start, I trusted the dealings with Clinton. I’m very busy in my business . Clinton did a lot of hard work with variations. One of these variations were done up to 8 o’clock at night just to keep the Banks happy. The buyers end. For me, it was a very easy no stress sale of my property. I would highly recommend Clinton Smith as a representative to sell my properties In the future when I retire. When the money transfer went through. I was overseas at the time. Not one problem. We had chosen to work with Zvon after having a positive experience buying our new home in Kardinya. He made us feel important, listened to and was personable by taking the time to make conversation with not only us but the large number or people coming through the home, in which we hadn’t experienced in other home opens. During our own sale, we felt that our needs were met with home open dates and instructions to raise the value of the home.
