This is the third property that Craig has managed the sale/purchase for us. The fact that we have asked Craig to sell and or buy three different properties over a number of years, speaks of our appreciation, trust and confidence that he will and has done a good job. Also the fact that he is still operating and prospering after 17 years is a good testimony. His experience is valuable in dealing with different issues that arise when selling/buying properties.
